CRC provided the structural engineering for The Links Seaside, a flagship $80M senior living development for Horizon Living in Wollongong. The facility covers seniors from self-living through complete full care. During design and construction. this meant that the building needed to cater for the strict government and health care standards demanded for such a facility.

An interesting aspect of the structural engineering was our development of a lightly piled raft for the building foundations. This innovative and unique approach reduced construction costs and time-saving over an estimated one million dollars and supported project viability.
