CRC designed a custom-built facility for South Korean company Kumho Tyres worth $37.5 million. The facility is at Sydney Business Park, situated in Marsden Park on the city’s north-west fringe.

Spanning 11,366m2, the newly established distribution and storage centre is over twice the size of Kumho’s current 5500m2 building in Glendenning.
