DHL Skyline is a temperate-controlled, pharmaceutical-graded industrial facility in the Bringelly Road Business Hub in Leppington, Western Sydney. The facility features an internal mezzanine, cold chain facility, 19 recessed docks, as well as offices, seating areas, and other ancillary features. The facility was built to support the growing market demand for temperature-controlled healthcare-grade facilities.

This facility is 36,000m2 and is the latest development by ESR Australia for DHL’s supply chain network.

CRC was engaged to provide civil engineering services for the project including development application assistance, tender documents, detail design and site works. Through this process, the development achieved a 5-star, Green Star rating certificate and As Built v1.3 rating in 2023.
