Proximity@Botany

Overview

Working with developers Goodman, CRC has successfully delivered Proximity@Botany, a 5.7Ha industrial development offering modern warehouse and office spaces in the heart of Banksmeadow.

Conveniently located near Sydney’s port, airport, and major arterial road networks, the facility comprises a generous 31,000m2 of high-quality spaces with the flexibility to split into smaller warehouse units starting from 3,000m2.

Features of the project include on-grade and recessed docks, a 45m heavy-duty hardstand, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting, and a 15m wide awning for all-weather loading. Externally, there are outdoor seating areas with landscaping, along with car and bike parking spaces.

A key challenge for the project was ensuring the correct sequencing of the build works with the civil works to enable efficient delivery. CRC used our experience in delivering high-quality industrial projects to overcome this challenge.

During the tender, we offered several efficient engineering solutions for Goodman’s consideration, including alternatives for interior finishes and electrical services.
