Strategically designed to enhance logistics efficiency and connectivity, this precinct plays a crucial role in the national supply chain network.

CRC provided vital civil engineering design and construction services for the post-approval documentation and delivery of the MLP West estate within the precinct. Works included the design of internal road networks, estate drainage systems with basins, and retaining and acoustic walls. Additionally, CRC offered ongoing civil and structural engineering advice for the construction of warehouses, including Woolworths Regional and National Distribution Centres.
