CRC was appointed as consulting engineers for a luxurious residential apartment development on Carr St, Coogee named “Aquamarine”. The development features 10 apartments, each with three bedrooms and double car accommodation, gardens and balconies, and ample storage with several apartments enjoying ocean views.

The property was developed by Ramsay Property Group, with CRC providing the civil and structural engineering for the new build with the 10 units spanning across 5 levels. Works included using Geocast shoring walls and sand, as well as reinforced concrete for load-bearing walls.
