Elara Village, Marsden Park is an 8,181sqm shopping village with 369 on-grade car parking spaces, anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket and Liquorland. It also features a childcare centre, medical centre, specialty retailers, casual dining options, and the Marsden Park Neighbourhood Centre.

CRC provided civil and structural engineering services for Parkview Constructions on the Elara Village project, valued at approximately $52 million.  The structural and civil design for the community precinct included six buildings with ancillary structures, suspended slab design, and integrated design services.
