Located at the new Bankstown Airport, NSW, CRC delivered a new facility for the NSW Police Force Aviation Support Branch (PolAir). Owned and managed by Bankstown Airport Limited, the new PolAir facility feature approximately 3,000m² of office space across two levels and 7,500m² of hangar space, along with adjoining aprons, taxiways, car parks, and landscaped areas. The total development area exceeds 25,000m².

Designed to minimise impact on the airport’s operations, the project was executed in two stages: Stage 1 focused on infrastructure works and taxiway realignments, while Stage 2 encompassed the construction of the new office, hangar, aprons, car park, and landscaping. This phased approach ensured the ongoing functionality of the airport during construction.

PolAir represents the first phase of the Master Development Plan for Bankstown Airport, with additional major developments planned over the next 5 to 10 years.
